Furniture Delivery Driver & Delivery Helpers

We are now accepting applicants for delivery driver and delivery helper/warehouse positions with Urban Furniture Outlet. As a delivery driver you will be assisting with receiving and loading furniture and mattresses for deliveries. You will also be assembling of products for delivery and/or in customer homes and transporting furniture to customer homes. Must be professional, good communication and attention to detail, good with customers, and a team player. Must be reliable, good with tools, good communication skills, organized, and have good attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deliveries throughout the day Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, get all signatures, etc Ability to operate a box truck, maintain cleanliness, and perform routine inspections and maintenance checks Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy packages and standing for extended periods of time Familiarity with warehouse operations: loading/unloading procedures, and equipment usage (i.e. fork lift, pallet jack, etc) Assembly experience - working knowledge of basic tools and ability to read and follow assembly directions for furniture set up Bilingual/Spanish-English speaking a plus but not required.
