Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities. Provide a safe and supportive environment for children, ensuring their well-being. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.

Required Qualifications:

Experience working with young children (1-3 years preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in early childhood education settings. Familiarity with child development principles and practices.
