Our customers are placed in themed rooms, they must use their wits to find clues, solve puzzles and escape ... all in 60 minutes! About the Job Work at the BEACH and have FUN while you do it! We are hiring full & part time Game Master positions. iEscape Rooms is looking for energetic, reliable team members to help deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests. Game Masters are responsible for hosting groups, monitoring escape room games, and resetting rooms between bookings to ensure every team has a seamless and exciting experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards for guest experiences. Must be dependable, able to bend squat and crawl and have great customer service skills! We offer a flexible schedule, good pay, paid time off, a town parking pass and a fun work environment!

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests in a personable and friendly manner Explain our game rules thoroughly in a fun and engaging way Monitor players game and provide hints as needed Reset each game. All the props and clues must be set in a very specific way every time General housekeeping, cleaning and vacuuming Provide guests excellent customer service at all times Assist in designing and building new rooms and props Create and post social media content as required During slower periods when games are not running, team members are expected to complete side work including: Vacuuming and sweeping floors Disinfecting escape rooms and surfaces Refreshing and cleaning restrooms Dusting furniture and props Cleaning windows and lobby areas Taking out the trash

Requirements:

Must be 16 years or older Must have valid Driver's License and own transportation Must be able to work between 12pm and 12am including weekends Must be comfortable talking to people with good interpersonal skills Must be outgoing and energetic with a positive attitude Must be drug free and agree to random testing Please send us your resume and be sure to include a brief explanation why you feel you are a good fit for our team and your favorite ice cream flavor.
