Garden Center Associate

Garden Center Sales Associate Terranova Landscapes & Designs Inc. is looking for a friendly, energetic, and plant-loving Plant Sales Associate to join our growing garden center team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with plants, helping customers, and being part of a creative outdoor environment. Whether you already have plant knowledge or simply have a passion for gardening and are eager to learn, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities Assist customers with plant selections and gardening questions Water, care for, and maintain plant inventory Help keep the garden center clean, organized, and visually appealing Merchandise and restock plants, pottery, décor, and garden products Assist with loading customer purchases when needed Learn about plant care, fertilizers, sunlight requirements, and seasonal recommendations Support inventory organization and pricing Work as part of a team to create a welcoming customer experience Assist with register/cashier duties as needed Qualifications Passion for plants, gardening, landscaping, or outdoor living Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Reliable and dependable Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Comfortable lifting plants, soil, pottery, and garden materials Strong communication and teamwork skills Retail or garden center experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual is a plus Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Loves plants and enjoys learning Has a warm and welcoming personality Enjoys helping customers bring their outdoor spaces to life Takes pride in keeping displays beautiful and organized Works well in a fast-paced environment Wants to grow with our company If you enjoy plants, creativity, and working with people, this could be a great fit for you!
