Receptionist Job Summary:

Major Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the assigned supervisor Coordinate work within the department as well as with other departments and respond to inquiries or requests for information Interact with patients, families, and staff in a courteous, tactful, friendly, and cooperative manner Prepare and develop confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, business documents, and special mailings Prepare preliminary work on various projects and maintain general administrative records and filing systems Provide customer service to residents and families as necessary Review and maintain time and attendance records for supervisor's approval prior to submitting to the payroll department Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Prefer a two-year college degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
