General Accountant

1st shift Monday- Friday $24.00 Responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Monitor inventory and manufacturing-related costs Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate documentation Support payroll processing and expense tracking Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements Requirements:

Previous accounting experience preferred (2+ years) Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
