General Accounting Office

We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented General Accounting personal to join our team. This role supports daily office operations, basic accounting functions, and DMV/title processing. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with numbers, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Process accounts receivable and accounts payable Assist with DMV/title work , including paperwork accuracy and timely submissions Maintain organized digital and physical records Support the office with general administrative tasks (phones, filing, data entry, scanning, etc.) Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, and internal departments Assist with month‑end tasks as needed Provide backup support to other office staff when required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of accounting or office administration Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Professional communication skills Dealership or automotive office experience preferred, but not required Willing to train the right candidate Schedule & Compensation Full‑time position Competitive pay based on experience Benefits available Why Join Us?
