General Anesthesiology Job in Littleton, New Hampshire

Full-time, hospital-employed position providing comprehensive anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical procedures in a 25-bed Critical Access hospital. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure safe perioperative management and optimal patient outcomes. Participate in scheduled clinical on-call rotations.

Key responsibilities:

Preoperative assessment, anesthesia planning, and informed consent. Administration of general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as indicated. Intraoperative anesthetic management and physiological monitoring. Postoperative pain control and recovery room management. Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies and participate in on-call coverage. Coordinate care with surgical teams and contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Compensation and benefits:

Salary range: $550,000-$650,000 plus bonuses.
