General Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and versatile General Construction Worker to join our dynamic construction team. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing, leveling, and setting up safety barriers Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete finishing Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution Support carpentry tasks including door hanging, trim carpentry, framing, and cabinetry installation Perform masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, and concrete forming Conduct basic construction inspection and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications Support heavy equipment operation and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and flooring installation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Experience with building restoration, remodeling projects, or concrete finishing is desirable Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow OSHA guidelines Excellent physical stamina for standing, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights when necessary Join us if you're eager to build your career in the construction industry!
