President Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a General Contractor active license in the state of Florida to join our team at IPE Developments LLC. As a General Contractor and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

General Accountabilities:

Thoroughly examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure safety and adherence to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and other specifications to determine construction requirements and plan procedures accordingly. Estimate material and worker requirements for completing projects. Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers. Collaborate with managerial personnel, other departments, and contractors to resolve issues and coordinate activities. Coordinate work activities with other construction project teams. Order or requisition necessary materials or supplies. Locate, measure, and mark site locations or equipment placement using appropriate measuring tools. Maintain accurate records of personnel, production, and operational data on specified forms or reports. Assign work to employees based on specific job requirements and resource availability. Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

5-7 years of related experience
