Our practice is a well established, multi provider dental office proudly serving the communities of Andover and Champlin. We have built a strong and loyal patient base over many years, providing consistent demand and a full schedule for our providers. Located in the growing northwest Twin Cities metro, Andover and Champlin offer a family friendly suburban lifestyle with excellent schools, beautiful parks, and a steady population of working professionals and families. The area continues to expand, creating ongoing opportunities for long term patient relationships and practice growth. Our team includes multiple experienced providers and six dedicated hygienists, creating a highly efficient, collaborative environment where doctors are supported and set up for success. This structure allows our associates to focus on delivering high quality care while benefiting from strong hygiene flow and a well organized schedule. Compensation is competitive and structured as either a guaranteed base rate or production based income, whichever is higher.
