Job Description
About the Practice Bear Canyon Dental is more than a dental practice — it is a place where exceptional care and genuine connection come together. As a modern, patient-centered and growing office, we are deeply committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and comprehensive care for both adults and children. Our team thrives on collaboration, clinical excellence, and a culture rooted in positivity and mutual respect. We believe that when our people feel supported, empowered, and valued, they can deliver their absolute best to every patient who walks through the door. With strong systems, advanced technology, and a loyal, trusting patient base, we've created an environment where the focus remains exactly where it belongs — on meaningful patient care. At Bear Canyon Dental, we are not just building healthy smiles; we are building lasting relationships, growing together as professionals, and shaping the future of dentistry in our community. Where We are Located While Nephi itself remains intentionally small, its growth mirrors broader trends across Utah. The region has been experiencing sustained population increases, and Nephi's own population has risen significantly in recent years. Just to the north , Utah County — one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation — is projected to nearly double its population by 2065. This long-term expansion of jobs, housing demand, and infrastructure along the Wasatch Front naturally influences surrounding communities, including Nephi, as people seek more affordable and quieter places to live that are still connected to larger metropolitan areas. Residents are drawn to Nephi for several reasons:
Affordability:
Compared to cities in neighboring Utah County and along the Wasatch Front, housing and cost of living remain more accessible, allowing families to purchase larger homes and enjoy neighborhood space without the price tag of more urban areas.Quality of Life:
The town's scenic rural setting provides easy access to outdoor recreation — from mountain biking and hiking to fishing and scenic drives — while still being a manageable commute to jobs or amenities in the broader region.Community:
Nephi offers a tight-knit, welcoming environment where community events bring neighbors together and help foster lifelong friendships. Many families and professionals choose Nephi because it combines small-town living with accessibility . Interstate-15 runs along the city's eastern edge, giving residents direct access north toward Utah County and south to central Utah.
