Position Summary:

We are seeking a General Dentist to join the team in a replacement and backfill capacity due to a reduction in current provider availability. This role offers the opportunity to step into an established patient base with the potential to grow into additional days over time. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a busy environment, values collaboration, and is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, preventive, and basic cosmetic procedures. Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and effectively. Utilize CBCT and digital scanning technology to support clinical outcomes. Collaborate with a multi-provider team and strong hygiene department. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active Connecticut dental license in good standing. Strong clinical and communication skills. Comfortable working in a multi-provider, fast-paced environment. Experience preferred, but confident providers will be considered.
