may work on-site at one of our partner cannabis production facilities. Positions may include responsibilities related to vape cartridge production, pre-roll production, packaging, labeling, quality control, equipment operation, sanitation, inventory support, and general facility operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment while following strict safety, quality, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Production, Packaging & Pre-Roll Support Assist in the daily production and packaging of cannabis products, including vape cartridges and pre-rolls Perform tasks such as joint filling, capping, kiefing, labeling, packaging, sorting, and quality inspection Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards set by brand partners Operate and assist with production and packaging equipment, including filling machines, capping machines, labeling equipment, and packaging systems Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, cannabis products, and finished goods Monitor production and packaging line performance and report issues or deviations to supervisors Quality Control & Compliance Perform routine quality checks to ensure consistency, proper weight, appearance, potency, purity, accurate labeling, and overall product quality Maintain accurate production, packaging, and quality control records Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations, company policies, and workplace safety procedures Support compliance with facility SOPs and operational standards Equipment Maintenance & Facility Cleanliness Assist with routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of production and packaging equipment Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues promptly Safety & Team Collaboration Follow all PPE, fire safety, and hazardous material handling procedures Participate in safety training and emergency response drills Work collaboratively with supervisors, leads, and team members to support efficient workflows Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on process improvements Assist with additional production, packaging, and operational tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, cannabis, food production, or pharmaceutical environments is a plus Basic understanding of production, packaging, and quality control processes preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to pass a criminal background check, where permitted by law Valid Driver's License preferred Ability to obtain and maintain any required state-specific cannabis certifications or badges Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment Work Environment Positions may involve standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, use of production equipment, and adherence to PPE and sanitation requirements within a cannabis manufacturing facility.
