Hiring General Laborers - Construction Trailer Restoration Join a fast‑growing team focused on restoring and preparing construction trailers used as on‑site offices. This hands‑on position offers a wide range of construction and shop tasks, including flooring, drywall, siding, caulking, and window installation. Schedule:

1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Work Environment:

Shop setting, team‑oriented

Pay :

$21.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:

Restore construction trailers by completing tasks such as: Flooring installation Drywall repair and finishing Siding and caulking Window installation Assist with demolition, insulation, and other general construction duties. Keep the shop clean and organized by sweeping, cleaning, and putting away tools. Follow all safety procedures and complete required safety training. Work collaboratively with your team and stay flexible with daily assignments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools. Able to lift 20-40 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Willing to perform a variety of construction and labor tasks. Experience in production, manufacturing, landscaping, or general labor is helpful. Construction experience is a plus but not required — training is provided.

Work Environment:

Shop setting with a team of approximately 25 employees, organized into smaller groups led by a team lead. Temperature varies based on outdoor conditions.

Required attire:

steel‑toed boots, jeans without holes, and an appropriate shirt.
