This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can take direction well, and is comfortable using basic tools and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Use hand and power tools such as drills, hammers, saws, and measuring tools Assist with construction, installation, painting, and general labor tasks Load, unload, and move materials safely Measure and cut materials accurately Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently Lift and carry heavy materials as needed Assist with prep work, demolition, cleanup, and finishing work

Qualifications:

Basic construction or labor experience preferred but not required Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction

Preferred Skills:

Painting experience Measuring and basic carpentry knowledge Familiarity with job site safety practices Experience in construction, remodeling, landscaping, or maintenance is a plus
