General Laborer (2nd & 3rd shift) Job Description Join our team as a General Laborer where you will play a crucial role in supporting machine operators and maintaining the efficiency of our operations in a fast-paced environment. Shift:

10pm-6:30am Responsibilities Aid and assist machine operators by bringing materials to the machinery. Maintain a sense of urgency while working safely in a fast-paced environment. Limit any waste, deliver scrap to the bailer and label for pick up. Perform minor janitorial tasks such as sweeping floors and taking out the garbage as directed. Help in other areas as directed by management Essential Skills No experience needed! Entry level candidates welcome! Able to regularly work 12 hours shifts / overtime as business dictates Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler and use basic shop math. Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs throughout the day. Capable of working in a high-speed and fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
