Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5

Job Summary The General Laborer is responsible for operational support to machine operators and production teams. Your primary goal is to minimize downtime by keeping the facility clean, preparing materials for the next shift, and stepping in to operate machinery or forklifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities Production Support:

Assist lead operators in preparing for shift production. This includes staging raw materials and ensuring machinery is ready to run.

General Labor:

Perform repetitive tasks such as stacking finished concrete products as they come off the production line and labeling/packaging them correctly.

Facility Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and safe work environment. This involves sweeping debris, transporting trash away from production areas, and cleaning industrial machinery.

Cross-Training:

Operate various hand tools and, with proper training, operate plant machinery or forklifts on a temporary basis to cover breaks or high-volume periods.

Safety & Compliance:

Use all required PPE (safety gear) and strictly follow safety regulations

Requirements & Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

Physical Stamina:

• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 lbs from ground level. Ability to stand, walk, climb, and bend for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts).

Environment:

Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment exposed to the Texas heat and cold.

Mindset:

A strong "team first" attitude and the ability to think independently to solve minor logistical issues on the floor. Benefits of working with
