Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support production operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Assist in the assembly line processes, ensuring products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards. Perform fabrication tasks as needed, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Operate forklifts for material handling within the warehouse or factory setting, adhering to safety protocols. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks in the workplace. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various manufacturing tasks. Understanding of assembly line operations and mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes. Experience working in a warehouse or factory environment is preferred. Ability to fabricate and assemble components with precision and care. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work conditions.
