Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Inspector role based in Belgium, WI. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing detailed quality checks and inspections on manufactured components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications. Key responsibilities include verifying dimensions and tolerances, performing quality assurance and quality control checks, identifying non-conformities, and generating inspection reports. The Quality Inspector will also work closely with production teams to maintain high standards of product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management processes Proficient in Inspection techniques and tools, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications Demonstrated Analytical Skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with

2015 quality standards and industry regulations Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively Mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment are highly desirable High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training are advantageous
