General Laborer

Summary Tormax General Laborer is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging commercial sliding door and door components. The Tormax General Laborer will work closely with the Production Team Leader in support of all departments within the organization. Duties Safely use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools for assembly Prep door panel components for the assembly line Prep and assemble door header components accordingly Door panel hardware assembly Packing finished material Packing door frame components according to job requirements Taking and uploading photos into job files Cross training will be implemented between departments Maintain clean, organized working space within the designated areas. Report any facility or equipment concerns to proper management Knowledge and Skills Requirements Must have attention to detail and the ability to effectively operate in a fast paced, demanding environment Ability to lift and carry 50lbs unassisted Working Conditions Majority of your day will be on your feet in a non-climate-controlled environment.
