General Laborer

Job Title:

General Laborer Job Description We are seeking up to six General Laborers with a focus on solar energy projects. This position is expected to last for an additional 2-3 months until project completion. Candidates should have experience in solar or construction sectors, with responsibilities including panel plugging and wire management. The work requires repetitive tasks, where speed and quality are essential. Responsibilities Provide site support by performing panel plugging and wire management tasks. Utilize knowledge of tools to perform work efficiently and effectively. Essential Skills Experience with hand and power tools. Experience in solar installation or construction work. Proficiency in panel plugging and wire management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with the following tools is essential: hammer, side cutters, strippers, lineman's pliers, channel locks, impact drill, bits for impact, tape measure, flat head and Philips screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, knife, level, tool bag, gloves, Sawzall or hacksaw. Work Environment The job site is located near Madera, PA, with work hours from approximately 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Thursday. Friday serves as a weather make-up day if needed. The role involves working outdoors, with on-site management present. For candidates who are not local, a $125 per night Out-of-Town (OOT) allowance is provided for three nights from Monday to Thursday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Madera, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
