Job Description

Hiring Production Associates ASAP!! 1st shift $20/hr Concord, NC Job Responsibilities Follow written and verbal work instructions to meet daily and weekly production demands. Strip and clean concrete forms and finished concrete products to prepare them for reuse. Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete, including setting up, aligning, and inspecting molds for proper use. Assist with concrete-related tasks such as mixing, pouring, and finishing as directed. Use basic carpentry skills to build, repair, or adjust forms, molds, and related production components. Operate and handle hand tools, measuring tools such as tape measures, and other basic production equipment safely and accurately. Support general labor and general production activities, including loading, moving, and positioning materials and products. Perform basic inspection of forms, molds, and products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Assist with equipment such as forklifts or cranes if trained and authorized, to move materials and products within the facility. Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area by cleaning up debris, organizing tools, and keeping walkways clear. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with concrete, tools, and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis to support production and facility needs. Essential Skills Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred, especially involving concrete work, concrete construction, or concrete finishing. Ability to perform general production and general labor tasks reliably and safely. Knowledge of basic math and measurements to accurately read and use tape measures and other measuring tools. Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Capability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. Comfort working with hand tools and basic assembly tasks in a production setting. Attention to detail when inspecting forms, molds, and finished products. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new tasks and processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in concrete work, concrete mixing, concrete finishing, or working with concrete forms. Experience with forklift operation is a plus. Experience with crane operation is a plus. Familiarity with production, general labor, and general assembly environments. Comfort working with load handling and material movement within a production facility. Basic carpentry skills, including measuring, cutting, and assembling formwork or related structures. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Why Work Here?
