General Laborer

About Us Beagle Hill Services is a family-owned business looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who isn't afraid to take on a variety of responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and learning multiple aspects of construction, trucking, and property maintenance. No two days are exactly the same—you may be helping install septic systems one day, transporting materials the next, and assisting with general site maintenance or farm-related projects as needed. Full Time Seasonal Position Generally 40 hours with some overtime March 15 thru December 15 (some variation year to year) Responsibilities Install, repair, and alter on-site sewage treatment systems, including tanks, risers, and drain fields Operate or assist with heavy equipment for excavation, site preparation, and pipe installation Ensure work complies with local environmental and safety regulations Load, unload, transport, and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites Perform general labor using hand tools, power tools, shovels, rakes, lasers, and other equipment Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Safely transport materials while following company safety procedures and traffic laws Work well with team leaders and coworkers to complete projects efficiently Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients Assist with general property maintenance, farm work, and other duties as needed Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Punctual, dependable, and reliable Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions Basic construction or mechanical experience preferred Heavy equipment experience is a plus CDL license is a plus, but not required Benefits

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
