Competitive hourly pay based on experience Patriot Properties is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support our carpentry and property maintenance teams across multiple properties. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced environment where projects and responsibilities change from day to day. This role supports a variety of special projects and property maintenance tasks that vary depending on operational needs, including: Property clean-ups and job site preparation Garbage and debris removal Carpet and flooring removal Painting and general property improvements Landscaping and parking lot maintenance Appliance, material, and equipment deliveries General carpentry and maintenance support Special projects across multiple properties based on daily operational needs Employees work closely with both our carpentry and property maintenance teams depending on operational needs. General Laborers work together as a team to complete daily tasks, property maintenance work, and special projects efficiently across multiple properties. Because projects and responsibilities vary depending on operational needs, employees should be adaptable and comfortable handling a variety of changing tasks throughout the workday. While much of the work is team-based, candidates should also be comfortable working independently when needed. Schedule Employees begin and end each workday at our office in Waunakee and travel to job sites using company vehicles. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional extended days and overtime depending on operational needs. Qualifications Valid Driver's License required Clean driving record Comfortable safely operating company vehicles and trailers Trailer backing and maneuvering experience preferred CDL is a plus, but not required Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 lbs or more Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, photos, and work order updates Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel between multiple job sites throughout the workday Ability to adapt to changing daily responsibilities and operational needs Essential Job Functions Essential job functions include lifting, carrying, loading and unloading materials, operating company vehicles, completing physical labor tasks, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
