General Laborer/Equipment Operator

Job Summary:

NJR Group Inc. is seeking a General Laborer/Equipment Operator to join our Albemarle team. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment operation, such as grading, erosion control, trenching, and pipe laying.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks including grading, digging, building, and other construction-related activities.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and tools
• Maintain equipment and tools
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Some equipment operation may be necessary but not on a daily basis

Experience:

• Experience in rubber tire loader and skid steer operation.
• Prior experience in other heavy equipment operation.
• Proficiency in various construction related tasks.
• Mechanical knowledge for maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Pipe laying experience is a plus
