Bailey's Party Rentals is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Tent Installers / Event Laborers. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc.) Set up and break down tents and event equipment at various locations Follow setup instructions to ensure safe and professional installations Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. consistently Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Punctual and dependable Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed Previous labor or construction experience is a plus (not required) Eligible to get a DOT medical card (non-CDL)
