Maintenance Tech - Lexington Park, MD

B & B Maintenance of Maryland, Inc. has a Part Time (Monday through Friday 7:00 to 12.00 p.m.) Maintenance Tech position available in the Lexington Park area. Building maintenance duties include but not limited to: changing light bulbs, changing ceiling tiles, touch up painting, blowing leaves and general maintenance of the building common areas and lobbies. This is a great opportunity for a college student or a retired person looking to supplement their income. No weekends! Background check is required.
