General Maintenance & Groundskeeping Technician

Job Summary Samson Global Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable, hands-on General Maintenance & Groundskeeping Technician to help support routine upkeep at the Inn at Foster Falls. This role is focused on light maintenance, routine inspections, basic repairs, groundskeeping, and general property support. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to handle a variety of small indoor and outdoor tasks around a hotel property. This position does not require HVAC certification or a specialized trade license. General handyman, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, or landscaping experience is a strong plus. Responsibilities Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance issues Complete light repairs and general handyman tasks Assist with basic plumbing issues, minor fixture repairs, and simple troubleshooting Help with HVAC-related routine checks, filter changes, and reporting larger concerns Handle light carpentry, painting, touch-ups, and small repair projects Perform light groundskeeping, mowing, trimming, debris removal, and exterior cleanup Keep walkways, entrances, parking areas, and outdoor guest areas clean and presentable Respond to occasional maintenance needs related to guest stays or property operations Communicate clearly with management about completed work, supply needs, and larger repair issues Qualifications General maintenance, handyman, groundskeeping, or property upkeep experience preferred Basic plumbing experience strongly preferred HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, or landscaping experience is a plus Comfortable using common hand tools and basic maintenance equipment Dependable, professional, responsive, and able to work independently Able to lift, bend, walk, stand, and perform outdoor work as needed Comfortable working around a hotel/guest environment Schedule Part-time, seasonal, and/or on-call. Hours may vary based on property needs, guest occupancy, weather, and maintenance requirements. Some weekend or occasional after-hours availability may be helpful. Compensation Pay based on experience and availability.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
