What You'll Do:

Take on a variety of tasks, from small repairs to bigger projects—no two days are alike Keep our vacation homes safe, beautiful, and ready for lasting memories Step in quickly when help is needed, always with a friendly attitude Keep track of the work you do and the tools you use so everything runs smoothly Work with safety and care in every project

What You Bring:

A valid driver's license and the ability to get to job sites Strength and energy to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the job An eye for detail and a "see what needs to be done" mindset Good communication and a willingness to work as part of a team Confidence to take on tasks independently while knowing you've got a crew to back you up
