Known for its authentic Italian cuisine and warm hospitality, Lynora's combines tradition and excellence to create memorable culinary experiences for its guests. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Melbourne, FL. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining high service standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines, managing inventory, and driving profitability through strategic planning. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both team members and guests will be an essential part of the role. Qualifications Leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team Operational expertise in restaurant management, including inventory control and budget management Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure excellent guest experiences Ability to problem-solve and make strategic decisions in fast-paced environments Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards Experience in training and developing staff to maintain high performance and service standards Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is a plusSimilar remote jobs
