Duties Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety protocols Assist in menu planning by suggesting new grilled dishes or improvements to existing recipes Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations Monitor inventory levels of ingredients needed for grilling, notifying management when supplies run low Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a grill cook in a restaurant or culinary setting Strong knife skills and familiarity with various grilling techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a fast-paced environment Background in dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Fine dining experience or catering background is advantageous but not required Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work efficiently under pressure Join us as a Grill Cook and bring your culinary talents to life while creating exceptional dining moments!
