Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Upper Darby, PA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including team leadership, customer service, and financial performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, monitoring budgets, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and growth. The General Manager will also play a key role in maintaining an inclusive and empowering environment for employees and customers. Qualifications Leadership and managerial experience, including team building, conflict resolution, and performance management Strong operational and financial management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive client relationships Familiarity with automotive services and industry best practices is a plus Proven ability to manage on-site operations effectively and collaboratively Passion for empowering women and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or
