Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)/Behavior Consultant BC-ABA Drexel Hill Drexel Hill, PA 19026 From $50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Join a Growing IBHS Team Making Real Impact American Behavioral Support Services (ABSS) is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to provide high-quality behavioral health services through Pennsylvania's Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. We are looking for a compassionate, skilled clinician who is experienced in working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other behavioral or developmental challenges. Position Overview The Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) is responsible for: Conducting behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Developing individualized treatment plans Supervising BHT staff Collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Ensuring compliance with CBH and IBHS regulations Services are delivered in homes, schools, and community settings. Key Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and behavioral evaluations Develop and update Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) in accordance with IBHS regulations Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and provide clinical direction Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and school staff Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with HIPAA and CBH standards Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
CBH & IBHS
Qualification Requirements (MANDATORY) Candidates must meet Community Behavioral Health (CBH) and Pennsylvania IBHS licensing requirements , including: ✔ Active Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) license ✔ Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, or related human services field ✔ Minimum of 2 years experience providing behavioral health services to children/adolescents ✔ Experience conducting behavioral assessments and treatment planning ✔ Clearances (PA Child Abuse, FBI, Criminal Background Check) ✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
