We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused General Manager to lead our Lakewood Service Center. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing teams, improving performance, and creating a culture centered around safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Lead all day-to-day Service Center operations, including safety, production, quality, maintenance, shipping, receiving, and scheduling Build, develop, and coach high-performing operations and maintenance teams Drive a strong safety culture through OSHA compliance, audits, inspections, and team engagement Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained Manage labor planning and temporary staffing relationships to support operational needs Monitor Service Center performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives Develop and manage operational budgets while controlling costs and improving efficiencies Partner cross-functionally with Sales and other internal teams to support customer solutions and operational success Lead performance management activities, including coaching, development, accountability, and recognition Create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on operational excellence and customer service

What We Are Looking For:

7+ years of operations leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments Strong leadership experience managing frontline operations and maintenance teams Proven background driving safety, quality, and operational performance improvements Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret operational and financial performance metrics Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Food safety experience strongly preferred

Pay and Perks:

Pay:

Up to $120,000 annually, based on experience, plus 10% annual performance bonus potential.
