Job Description:

Classic French Bistro - CAPE COD We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead daily operations of a French bistro located in South Wellfleet, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in a highly seasonal location. The ideal candidate will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house performance, deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage staff development, control costs, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage daily restaurant operations and service standards ? Lead, train, and motivate staff teams ? Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns ? Monitor labor, inventory, and operating costs ? Coordinate with kitchen leadership on menu execution and quality ? Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations ? Support hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance management ? Drive sales growth and local marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

? Previous restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or French dining ? Strong leadership and communication skills ? Knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality service standards ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule ? Strong organizational and financial management abilities
