Compensation:
$60,000 - $100,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John's standards. Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.
Qualifications:
Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
