Compensation:

$16 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently.

Qualifications:

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Experience in the food service industry. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
