Responsibilities Include:

Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and customer service excellence. Foster a positive team environment through strong communication skills, leadership, and employee motivation strategies. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development to enhance employee performance. Manage cash handling. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities. Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and employee orientation to maintain smooth daily operations. Implement effective inventory management practices including stock replenishment, inventory control, and POS (Point of Sale) system oversight.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
