Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and goals to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze financial statements, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting to optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate accounting practices and compliance with regulations.
Operations Management:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to department managers, ensuring efficient operations across all departments.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline efficiency.
Sales and Customer Service:
  • Oversee the sales team, setting sales targets and motivating staff to achieve them.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and handle complaints in a professional manner.
Staff Development and Training:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Inventory Management:
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure an optimal selection of RVs and accessories.
  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and market demand.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize turnover.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in the RV or automotive industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and implementing financial strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
