General Manager

Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations including cash handling, cashiering, and POS system management to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage inventory levels through purchasing, stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control strategies. Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales performance. Maintain compliance with company policies, payroll procedures, bookkeeping practices, and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Expertise in retail math, sales management, pricing strategies, and store management operations. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques. Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
