It is a fun, energetic environment that strives to provide our members with the highest quality of classes and total experience. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager that will work to increase our membership sales and provide stellar customer service to all our members as well as training and motivating our front desk sales associates.

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES

Strong focus on increasing membership sales by implementing daily membership sales process and utilizing goal setting data analysis. Plan, schedule and participate in studio promotions, workshops, member retention/appreciation and networking/community events. Coordinate with Management Team to strategize and implement Grass Roots and Marketing campaigns to attract/generate leads/prospects and partnerships. Assist with the hiring, training and supervision of the Front Desk Sales Associates. Attend and contribute to weekly Management Meetings. Implement studio policies and procedure. Other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year of strong sales and customer service experience preferably in the fitness industry - retail sale and others sales will be considered. Proficient with computers and data management, i.e. compiling revenue reports, confidential information, etc and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Must be fluent in English with exceptional organizational, written communication/interpersonal skills and detailed oriented. Ability to problem solve, recognize areas of improvement and implement changes. Ability to excel in a fast paced, ever changing and diverse environment. An affinity and passion for fitness is a plus.
