Full-time Job Summary:
Local Domino's Franchise is looking for our next great General Manager, Assistant managers and MIT's for one of our Central Oregon locations. We are seeking experienced Managers to lead our team in providing exceptional food service to our customers. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring food safety, and driving sales growth. Additional skills will include scheduling, hiring, disciplinary action, coaching and mentoring associates for promotion. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory, ensuring food safety standards and providing all policies and procedures are met as well as knowledge and use of Fair hiring practices and Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reaching out into the community to promote Domino's for community, school, clubs and sporting events. Compensation is based on experience and position.Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Supervise and train staff, including cooks, customer service insiders, drivers, and management team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Manage inventory and ordering process to ensure optimal stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct performance reviews and develop employee improvement plans
- Manage scheduling, including shift management and staff scheduling
- Foster a positive and welcoming work environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food service laws and regulations
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business results
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Monitor and address customer concerns and feedback
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Manager or in a senior management role in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and service
- Experience with POS systems and inventory control
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with shift management and staff scheduling
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- A passion for food service and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service
