Responsibilities:

Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John's standards. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively.
