Compensation:

$12

• $16 per hour

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the food service industry. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
