Job Description

Ore Hill and Swyft, a dual concept, seasonally focused restaurant in Kent Connecticut, seeks qualified candidates for the role of General Manager. Strong communication, time management, and leadership through hands on participation and support in service are needed qualities. Swyft is an upscale tavern serving lunch and dinner Thursday through Sunday. Ore Hill is the fine dining side, serving a choice of Chef's tasting or Prix Fixe both with Wine pairings offered, dinner only, Thursday through Saturday . We benefit from our association with Rock Cobble Farm just a few miles up the road as well as our other neighboring farmers from whom we source the majority of our ingredients.
