They are currently seeking suitably skilled and experienced UK based HV Cable Jointers/Fitters to join them in Western Australia. We have several openings for this excellent opportunity so if you are looking for your next big move and ready to explore the Australia and all it has to offer, now is your time! Projects will include delivering for Clients such as DNOs, infrastructure developers, telecommunication networks and major mining companies in Australia, this will include occasional FIFO works and occasional overnight stays Across Australia. These are fully sponsored, permanent roles with a competitive salary, package and benefits. Responsibilities We are looking for skilled High Voltage Jointers to install, maintain, and repair high voltage (HV) cables and associated electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with HV power cables, terminations, and joints, ensuring safe and efficient operations in transmission and distribution networks. Install, joint and terminate high voltage cables up to 400KV. • Maintain and Operate Cable Jointing equipment and devices Make and repair joins in insulated power supply and control cables installed in underground pipes, trenches and overhead systems. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HV cable, switchgear, transformers and associated electrical components. Diagnose faults and carry out necessary corrective actions to restore system integrity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices in HV installations. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, customers and project teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of work completed. Experience Recognised electrical or high voltage jointing/fitting qualification. A minimum of 3 Years recent, proven experience working as an HV Cable Jointer/fitter. EUSR Valid

JIB CSCS

Card Certification in HV jointing from a recognised authority (e.g., DNO, utility provider, or industry body). Strong understanding of HV safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements. Proficiency in working with various cable types Ability to work in challenging environments, including confined spaces and elevated positions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Full, clean driving license beneficial. Salary Full details will be discussed on an individual basis as dependent on experience.
