Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to escape the concrete jungle and lead the entire operation of a premier upscale dining destination in the outdoor wonderland near Rhinelander, WI . This role requires an ownership mindset that combines exceptional hospitality standards with strong operational leadership. You will serve as the public face of the restaurant and small lodging component. You will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the highest standards of quality, hospitality, and operational efficiency with the rugged, adventurous spirit of Wisconsin's Northwoods . Position Requirements:

A Proven Leader:

You have 5+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining.

Compensation Package Details:

Base Salary:

$75,000 - $100,000

Bonus:

Performance-based bonus program
