Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator Client Location:

Month Contract Note:
This is a PT role working 24 hours per week onsite 3 days in downtown Chicago, IL. Candidate must be local.
Responsibilities:
This individual will support the SVP, Corporate HR & Global Philanthropy and is responsible for coordinating various efforts across the Corporate HR and CSR teams. Additionally, this role will have a solid interest in helping colleagues resolve issues, while moving quickly to produce results with comprehensive follow through and possess the ability to easily manage multiple and competing priorities.
Required skills:
Availability to work onsite 3 days a week Ability to work 24 hours per week Bachelor's Degree with professional work experience, including 2 years of administrator assistant or scheduling assistant experience (preferably in a corporate environment) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with travel booking system (ex. Concur) Experience with PO management system Experience with expense reporting system Proven ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential scenarios with a high degree of professionalism, maturity, and discretion Quality critical thinking, decision-making and planning skills required Detail-oriented Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting demands and responsibilities
