General Manager (GM) - Shell Gas Station

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Gas Station General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. You will assist with manging store operations, creating employee shcedules, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all patrons. Duties Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the gas station. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide guidance on pump operations. Monitor fuel levels and manage inventory control to ensure adequate stock of fuel and convenience store items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including restrooms, outdoor areas, and convenience store shelves. Collaborate with team members to enhance sales through effective communication and teamwork. Provide training development for new employees on operational procedures and customer service standards. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Skills Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in retail management or sales is preferred Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing. Knowledge of inventory control practices to maintain stock levels efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Leadership qualities to guide new staff during their training period.
